2. Services TwoTranscribe provides transcription and translation services through AI-based tools (Whisper AI and DeepL). Users can purchase tokens via WooCommerce to transcribe and translate audio files.

- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
- Users may share their account but are responsible for any activity under their account.
4. Payments and Tokens
- All payments are processed via Mollie Payments, supporting iDEAL, credit card, and PayPal.
- No refunds are offered once a purchase is completed.
- Tokens do not expire and remain in the user’s account until used.
- Tokens cannot be transferred between accounts.
5. Use of Services
- Users may upload audio files for transcription and translation.
- We do not guarantee 100% accuracy, as transcription and translation depend on third-party API services (Whisper AI and DeepL).
- Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying transcriptions and translations before use.
- We are not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or any consequences arising from the use of our service.
6. Data Storage and User Rights
- Audio files are stored on our secured servers for future access.
- We do not have an automatic deletion policy, but files may be removed when storage is full.
- Users can request account deletion or file deletion via info@staging.twotranscribe.com.
7. Account Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if we detect any misuse of our services.
- Misuse includes, but is not limited to, fraudulent activity, abuse of the system, or violation of applicable laws.
8. Limitations of Liability
- We provide our services “as is” without any warranties or guarantees.
